Forrest Olgers is a Professor at West Virginia University School of Medicine. He also earned an MBA in 2018 and sits on several quality and ethical committees for the university. He is chairperson for Academic and Professional Standards for the WVU Physician Assistant Program and President Elect of the West Virginia Association of Physician Assistants.
While his love for medicine is apparent, his other passion is real estate. His love for real estate started as a teenager while he built homes throughout college. It has continued throughout his adult life as he invested in real estate, joined the Home Owner’s Association as an active board member of Greystone on the Cheat, and became a certified real estate agent.
He plans on benefiting his clients by achieving the same high standards of ethics and quality in medicine in the real estate industry. He is not just selling and buying aesthetics, but value, knowledge, and confidence.
Forrest resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife and two children. His hobbies include golfing, boating, and biking. He looks forward to assisting you in your next real estate transaction.
I am a proud to call West Virginia my home. I was born and raised in Fairmont and, after moving to Morgantown and graduating from University High School, I then received my bachelor’s degree from WVU.
As an undergraduate, I dove into the world of property management with a purchase of a student rental unit near the university, forming my own company (Oliverio Properties). That experience sparked my interest in further knowledge about real estate. As I completed my university degree, I simultaneously completed studies to become a licensed Realtor.
Let me use my personal expertise with property management, as well as my life-long understanding of this region, to help you find the perfect solution to your home buying or selling needs.
A few of my hobbies include reading financial/educational books, relaxing on the beach, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Eric was born and raised in Clarksburg WV. He has worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 26 years and is currently the Postmaster in his hometown. Over the years his career moved him around and required him to live in several other states, however, his love for the mountain state brought him back home where he currently resides in Morgantown WV with his family.
Eric’s love and passion for real estate started 32 years ago when he bought his first home. This purchase taught him the value and strength of real estate, ultimately sparking his desire to continue working and investing in the real estate market with the purchase and management of multiple commercial and residential rental properties over the past 26 years. His experience within real estate has provided him the ability to see potential where others may not.
As a highly motivated individual he will work tirelessly to assist you with your Real Estate needs and to also ensure that you and your family receive the highest level of customer service.
